2) Launch options (go to point 1)

4) ****************ADD IN “AUTOEXEC.CFG” “mat_viewportscale 0.5” ****

P.S: **if u have the "client timed out" problem , open task manager and set steam priority to high!**

mat_viewportscale adjustment is now in my FPS configs, no need to do it separately.
