Game in slowmotion LAN/public servers

so my game is now suddenly running in slowmotion on my own lan server and on random public servers, do anybody know how to fix it???? (im the only one in slowmo on public servers)

What fixed it? Always handy for people reading this topic who encountered the same problem :)
It blows my mind that people actually take the time to go back to the forum that they asked the question and post “fixed it” but not “fixed it by reinstalling” or something.
