New FOV Changer with Transparent Viewmodels

This is based on AnAkIn’s Transparent Viewmodels/FOV Changer and Casual’s OpenPlugin, but this is not a plugin.
It does not bypass Valve’s -insecure check and does not require -insecure.
The game allows a 3rd party DLL named “p4lib.dll” to be loaded. There is no such DLL coming with the game per default, so you are not replacing any game DLL.
The features are the following:
– Set your FOV with fov_desired
– Set the viewmodel transparency with viewmodel_transparency
It only supports Team Fortress 2.
To install it, put “p4lib.dll” in the following folder:
C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps//team fortress 2/bin/
To enable it, right click on Team Fortress 2 in Steam, click on Properties, Set Launch Options, and add “-p4” (without quotes).

Use the HL2 SDK:
http://hg.alliedmods.net/hl2sdks/hl2sdk-ob-valve/file/6175bfd8dd1d
The problem is that this SDK may not be up to date for client side stuff, so it may need a few changes to work.
Put the src folder of the zip inside the “utils” folder of the SDK.
So does this work with pure2? nvm got an answer already. Lets see how quicky someone calls valve to remove this excellent feature.
Did Valve ever put out an official announcement explaining their stance on this whole fov debacle?
