CoD4 filled 128 slots in a day, and they even had to turn teams away :D

i think many teams are lazy and competitive ones a restructuring, that’s the period. So most of them doesn’t want to make the cup with new/trials members. anyway we subsribed
Cod4/cs/css etc has a bigger community 2. 128 slots is a lot, it’s the half number of ETF2L teams..

way too few coverage bout this cup tbfh, frontpage post bout it on etf2l didnt come up untill yesterday afternoon, no post on cadred , combined with the fact that the season just ended = low interest, makes me SAD PANDA

Eh it was announced on ESH site on Monday, and on the same day Vanilla and Cadred covered it in addition to this post by Deneusbeer. We’ve hounded people on Steam Friends and harassed them on the IRC. What more can we do short of death threats?!
when i heard 128 teams, i thought that it was bit ambitious in 3 days. A 64 teams cup should be fine during untill we get so more than 64 teams per cups

Yes i was wrong on cadred, didnt see it, MY BAD!!
TF2 apparently cant fill a cup like this right after the season has ended
Aye bad timing with the season end.
I think we have filled 128 in the past though :<
