Added 4 new Dutch servers (i3D), thanks to Maidos!

Complete reworked the donation system.

* Donator status is now activated instantly through PayPal.
* Donator status has an end date, based on the donation amount. You can now buy 1 month (1 EUR), 6 months (5 EUR) or 1 year (9 EUR) of donator status. http://serveme.tf/paypal_orders/new
* All existing donators have received 1 years worth of donator status, starting from their original donation date, regardless of the donated amount.
* Any donator that donated over 9 euros in the past gets infinite donator status, but contact me, I have to activate this manually.
* Grouped the servers when making the reservation so it’s easier to pick a donator-only server. (Suggestion by Russian Guyovich)

What of server providers; do they continue to be considered “donators”?

i had 7 ppl adding me saying my server sucks and is lagging and telling me not lend serveme free servers at that site as it ruin their pcw. Telling me to to upgrade better server or stop ruining ppls matches wtf?
