It could be me, but the website doesn’t even say you’re selling gameservers? If I start at the homepage, it doesn’t tell me that at all, it seems to me like some kind of small gaming organization of some kind, not someone who sells servers at all. It just shows news about some TF2 team?
Also, the shop link brings me to a login screen. In fact, the only page that mentions you selling gameservers is the about page.

My steam account is here http://steamcommunity.com/id/nocturnals When clicking shop button should take you to here http://www.doctrinal.co.uk/?post_type=product as for homepage showing that we sell servers im not wanting to be just another GSP plastering servers all over there site saying buy this buy that special offers on this etc id rather the home page be about the tf2 community and what we have been doing recently to help. i have changed the name of the shop button to rental for maybe a clearer outline if any ideas come to mind on improving the site please put them here in a reply.

Doctrinal.co.uk seems to be getting quite a nice client base which is great :)
These servers have really good routing in comparison to others.
The online store is now back online and revamped :)
