Finally time to update you all on the NUEL http://www.thenuel.com/ with only 2 days to go it’s time to start rounding up those teams for some absolutely immense TF2 fun.
The NUEL comes back hitting hard with a league that should fill your TF2 fixes over the coming months with a series of 1 night cups followed with full on action in the first ever season of NUELTF2L

What is The NUELTF2L? – A home for British students and university alumni to come together and represent their universities in e-sport competitions, this time universities will be able to collaborate with other local Uni’s not only can you represent your school but one of the 7 divided regions throughout the UK

-Scottish University’s: Aberdeen, Dundee, Stirling, St Andrews, Edinburgh, Glasgow

-Northern England: Newcastle, Durham, Leeds, York, Hull

-Wales and South west England: Birmingham, Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Exeter

-Midlands: Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham, keele, loughborgh

-South East: East Anglia, Leicster, Warick, Cambridge, Oxford, Essex

-South: Reading, Surrey, Kent, Seussex, Southampton

-London and greater London

(Apologies if you believe some of the midlands teams to be northern, it’s had to be done this way)

Again sorry for the regional split I know there is some debate but I had to split it this way for the equal numbers

You do not have to currently be attending university to play, university alumni will also be able to participate within their retrospective teams as well as players who are on a deferred year OR have a confirmed offer to attend their chosen university.

For the foreseeable future we will also be allowing teams to have a ‘1 merc’ policy. Meaning each team is allowed a non university attendee to play for their team.

Only a few weeks to go lets round up the teams ready for launch watch this space for the coming 1 night cup and league rules along with starting dates.

If you are interested you can leave your attended university in this thread and I will do my best to help form teams.
