Div 3/Div 4 Skill, Highlander

Hey!
AV fell apart and i decided to find a new team.
I'm looking for a stable,english-speaking only, div 4 team. Can try div 3, but, frankly speaking, don't feel myself confident about it right now.
I like to improve (watch demos, practice airstrafe/strafe on surf/mge maps). Available every day.
Only looking for main spot. Have experience in 2 etf2l seasons, 3 ugc seasons and 1 wireplay season.
What i expect from the team:
-Players with decent gamesense who know their roles.
-Good leader, who cares about his team.
-Practicing frequently(4-7 days a week), maptalks.
-Serious atmosphere.

If no one other team out there want him as a main then I will put him on my roster as a back-up.
