Spy  High/Mid Skill, Highlander

I'm looking for a dedicated team which is willing to improve and to win but doesn't take the game as seriously as to go proper toxic. I do get salty too at times, but I usually just try to tone it down or mute myself while I'm salty so I don't disrupt any calls. I have two seasons of Mid, one season of Silver and one season of Plat Highlander under my belt and I'd like to imagine that I have gathered quite some experience over that period.
