No Future No Past TF

Hi, we are an Open 6s team of beginner level players looking for a Demo and Scout to complete our roster. Our ambition is to regularly start playing lobbies and scrimming together, building on our levels of skill and game/map knowledge individually and as a team. If you are an EU Demo or Scout looking to join your first 6s team and you tick the boxes below, please get in touch! (details below)

What we are looking for:
– Good personality. Not just in terms of will to improve/being a good team player/not a bad loser etc, but also just a nice person. At the end of the day, we want to have a good time playing together. We're all friends atm, we're looking to make more :)
– Commitment. Everyone in the team so far plays a decent amount of time per week playing TF2. While not necessarily every night, if you're the kind of person who plays irregularly or won't have much time to practise/scrim, please dont bother applying.
– Will to improve. We all want to get better, you ought to as well.
– Interest in the comp scene – watching matches and demos, that kind of thing

What is not so important:
– Personality and attitude >>>> hours played, lobbies played, total exp. in comp tf2 etc.
– Knowing map callouts/rollouts/exact class roles etc. Those are things we'll work on as a team (though obvs if you already know them that's a bonus)
