No Future No Past TF

Hi, looking for a Scout to complete the roster of our new EU Open Sixes team: No Future No Past TF. We haven't yet established the roles – this position could be offensive or defensive. If it gets to the stage of trialling you, we'll compare you with our other scout and figure out the roles then.
What we are looking for:
– The desire to get better at the game, individually and as a team
– A good team player. Open to criticism/instruction, willing to watch demos of yourself/other members of the team etc.
– A good attitude. We're looking for friendly, positive-minded players to join a friendly, positive team
What's not so important:
– Hours played. I'll put the minimum at 500 hours so we know you're not a novice, but beyond that your hours played are far less important than your attitude/willingness to improve
– Lobbies played. We're all relatively new to comp so this also is less important than how you fit with the team. Some understanding of the format/Sixes meta would be good though.
