Medic Took 3 is recruiting! We're in need of scouts and a roamer! And also a medic :>)

We are a new team looking to improve ourselves and progress through divisions. We are looking to place first in div 5 next season.

Current line-up:

We focus on maintaining a relaxed and stress-free environment, while maintaining a respectful and semi-professional attitude with a big focus on improvement.

Preferred playing times are after 8PM CEST.

As a scout, you have to:
• Have played atleast a full season in div 6
• Be able to hit your shots (have good DM)
• Know when to go in and when to back out
• Follow up on damage calls to finish off weak enemies
• Call out enemy positions
• Know when to off-class, and be able to do so successfully

As a roamer, you have to:
• Be able to do rollouts consistently and in a decent time, and adjust based on the team's needs
• Know when to bomb in, and then to help out
• Have decent gamesense (e.g. when to initiate, when to hide, when to force)
• Coordinate well with your team for successful bombs
• Have decent rocket aim

As a medic, you have to:
• Be able to maincall, be vocal and convincing
• Have proper map knowledge
• Lead your team through pushes and retreats
• Be able to count uber

As a player, you have to:
• Be able to successfully communicate with your team (i.e. understand and speak near-fluent English)
• Play how your team needs you to play, NOT how you want to play
• Be able to play on almost all the times listed above
• Call things out (there should rarely be moments of silence while playing)
• Have played at least one full season in div 6 or higher
• Understand your own level of skill, and want to improve/adjust to the team's needs
• Be willing to adapt to dangerous situations, even during stressful ones
• Be able to take constructive criticism

Note these might change as the roster changes, so be prepared to adjust as a player.

We have our own TF2 and Teamspeak server, but can comm on Mumble as well.
