I'm from the US but I don't mind playing with high ping (190-230). I'm unable to play NA TF2 because I work nights and I'm asleep during scrim/match time.

I have 5 seasons of UGC Highlander experience and 3 seasons of UGC 6s experience ranging from Steel-Gold and I've played every class in both Highlander and 6s.

I'd like to play Scout and I'm able to offclass as everything besides Pyro because my ping will probably be too high.
