    I have Discord & Mumble installed (but would prefer to use Discord) and I just want to make sure it’s a nice team.
    The last team I was on, they were extremely horrible & constantly used racist / homophobic slurs.

    I can still invite people in apparently; I think you are referring to sign ups being closed for ETF2L teams, and not for recruitment of players into teams.
