High Skill, 6v6

Heya I'm Konde, a Finnish scout main.
I'm looking for a High team as the depth of the game in Mid feels too shallow and boring. My experience does not suggest that I'd be ready to play in High, so you'd just have to take my word.
I look at things as analytically and objectively as possible to improve my game.
I like to be vocal with my comms and I enjoy coordinating flank plays with teammates.
I have solid dm: great movement but I don't primarily outplay enemies with my aim. I've practiced my aim consistently more or less for 9 months now and I have seen steady improvement. If preferable, I can get back into sniping and hit shots with a few weeks of practice.
From a team I expect:
* Real committedness to improving by every single player
* Minimal toxicity
* Tolerance on (bad) jokes and banter

Don’t play MGE against him unless you enjoy losing. Great dm, and my brain turns to mush when he dodges. Very smart, deserves a good team. Pick him up or you’ll regret it!
Nice guy and good scout, give him a chance to prove himself in a good team. Jokes are really awful though.
Solid gamer, awesome dm and wants to improve as much as possible, pick him up.
He has a single chest hair and shared it with me when he went to the sauna ;)
