I have Mumble and i'm a highly ranked and well known Pub player in some pubs, and I have a quite odd history with competitive gaming.
Competitive (2009) -> TF2Lobby (2009) -> Intense pub playing (2010) -> Getting back into competitive (2011).
I can play almost all day every day (if scheduled correctly) but I cant play projectile classes unless EU server. I don't play scout. My main is Medic.

Sadly I dont think UAE has any TF2 community, itll be hard for you to progress and have fun I think.
