Scout  Low+ Skill, 6v6

Hello! We want to make a step forward, and that's why we are looking for a scout. What we are looking for in a scout:

-Most importantly: a non-rager. We are a very relaxed group of players.
-Uber pro elite skills. OK, I've put low+ in the description where every other div5 player thinks he's at least mid-, but we are looking for a scout that can play at the top of div5. League experience is more or less required.
-Good availability: we play from monday through thursday between 20:00 and 22:00. We'd like to play on sunday evening as well, at least occasionally. It's not a big problem if you have RL intervene as we have backup players that can take over, but 3 times a week is the goal
-Fluent in the dutch language: we have players from Holland and Belgium. While we are all fluent in english, we're communicating in dutch. We have some foreign fans in our IRC-channel who claim they understand us perfectly (and most people would understand what I mean when I scream "Scout spire AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH" anyway), I think dutch isn't really a language you'd pick up on the fly. So, you'd have to speak dutch. We could live with a Wallonian accent though ;)
-Some random crap that I haven't thought of. Like, cookies.
