A little bit of backstory: we are a team that's been around since january 2008, and although our main ambition never was to rise to the top divs, somehow we managed to stop losing every low– PCW ;) Part of the story of our success (face it, being a team for longer than two weeks can be called a success nowadays) is that we play in a rage-free zone and have respect for other members' IRL obligations. However… we've come to the point that IRL obligations cut our roster down to six active players and this got us thinking about how we want to get this team forward. Our aim is to play three to four times a week, but with people getting more and more IRL obligations it can be tough to get a full lineup. Some of us are getting bored with the class we've been playing for years (like one of our scouts, who likes to pretend he is an attack chopper so now he wants to play soldier so he can bomb people, not to speak of our medic, who is just a giant smacktard). Besides that, we concluded that because we have been playing in the same lineup for a long time, we tend to make the same mistakes time after time. Fresh blood and fresh tactics could invigorate the team (read: you have to carry us). We decided to look for a new medic and a new scout, either for the basic line-up or as a backup.
What we are looking for:
-basic grasp of the dutch language: we communicate (read: I shout at people) in dutch, and although "choke", "push" and "medic down" are probably the same in english as in dutch, you need to appreciate our curse words and infantile jokes
-speaking of infantile, we are all old geezers (besides our excuusbelg), so you'd be at least 21
-non rager
What we are looking for in a medic:
-div4 experience
-active voice comms (as our team positions are based on the medic's position, you need to make clear where you are and where you are moving to)
-preferrably a main caller
What we are looking for in a scout:
-div4 experience or insane DM skills
-multiclasser (sniper/spy)
-preferrably owns bunny ears

This team took the hard way.
They took the long road.
TOUGHNESS defined their history.
Expectations? Well, when you’re from a community named “Gathering of Tweakers”, odds are they are pretty low. These guys were all but forgotten mid-way through the season.
Just ONE way -The ONLY way – to Division 4 was to WIN.
And that’s just what they did.

Oh, I forgot: we’re also doing a charity thing to collect 1000 euros so we can force NMHAXXX to join our team. Getting 1000 euros for the cancer foundation was peanuts, so I’m sure with your help we can pull this off as well!
