Highlander Season 20 Preseason One Night Cup, Map Pool and Rule Change!

With Season 19 almost wrapped up, it is time to move forward to Season 20! This one night cup will focus on testing 3 maps with the goal of deciding the 2nd payload map for season 20.

Maps:
Each tier is divided into round robin groups of four teams meaning there could be multiple groups for each tier. Teams that sign up sooner will be prioritized in getting a spot in the cup, so do not wait until the last minute to sign up! Keep in mind that there will not be any elimination rounds for this cup!
- Signups close: October 26th at 21:00 CEST
- Group stage round 1: October 27th 19:00 CET – pl_swiftwater_final1
- Group stage round 2: October 27th 20:00 CET – pl_vigil_rc6
- Group stage round 3: October 27th 21:00 CET – pl_badwater_pro_v9
After the conclusion of the cup we will be releasing a poll containing these maps to determine which will be joining the confirmed maps, which are:

- cp_gullywash_final1
- cp_propaganda_b16
- pl_upward

Rule Change
The Default Merc rule for Highlander Season 20 will be changing from:
1.5 One mercenary allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries if the opponent agrees
One mercenary is allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries are allowed if the opposing team agrees. In order for your mercenary to be allowed by default, he cannot be more experienced than the tier the match is being played in. Experience in other leagues is included. Opponents can allow exceptions. To use more than one mercenary, you will need specific approval from the opponent for each mercenary.
To:
