Summer Season Awards
You’ve waited long enough, the time has finally come for you to cast your votes on your favourite players and teams in the ETF2L Summer Seasons Awards. The nominations were made by a jury of selected respected European TF2 personalities, including the likes of 
Torden, 
Arie and 
Byte. They were allowed to nominate players and teams that played in a league or cup during the summer/spring seasons.
The voting system has been updated a bit, meaning that from now on, you will not be able to see the results immediately, and possible answers will be ordered randomly. The poll results will be announced on Sunday the 21st 21:00 CEST, the team winning the fairplay award will receive a set of signed Valve posters!
Be sure cast your vote quickly, because in a few days you will get to vote on maps!
Dignitas Alienware Cup
But before you go on to vote, we would like to draw your attention to the Team Dignitas Alienware Cup #11 featuring our favourite game, Team Fortress 2. It has 64 slots and is a one-day-cup, starting at 19.00 CEST on Sunday, 21st August. To sign up leave a comment under the newspost at the Team Dignitas homepage. You are expected to idle at #dignitas.cup before the tournament to check in. In case you have any questions, ask dignitas/Sui on QuakeNet. The top four teams will receive a cash prize!

Finally someone casted an eye on Konfy! Great to see this, hope you make it,bro.
A real shame that the awards only focuses on the top end of the league. That said; there is lots of worthy contenders. Just seems a bit biased
JOHNNYJACKAL: Do you have any suggestons how to include players from the lower divisions in the votes? Is it even worth it since the top tier features pretty much the best players and teams? Also, we got TviQ in the votes for the best sniper, he never played higher than division 2 so far.

säm and konfy never played higher than div3 ( Konfy,really bad div3 cause of nuck ) and div4 (säm) so yeah, i think its not just the peak of the league.

Linkin: Is it really surprising? The best players usually play in the premier division. Besides, TviQ never played higher than div 2 before…

If its worth it?! You seem to forget that the majority of the playerbase is below div 2. The top tiers e-penis are already large enough, and the little prize money and hardware they are able to compete for serves as a little “reward” if anything. Im just saying that awards for the lower divs should be equally important, if not more.
Why remove “div 4,5,6 etc team of the season awards”?
