Admin Reorganization + Search

After we had to say goodbye to some admins and our work increased a lot with the start of Season 3 we decided to have a new admin structure and a new admin search to recruit some fresh motivated admins to our crew.

New Admin Structure

Beside the daily work every admin is supposed to do (answering IRC requests, verifying results, etc.) there will be special fields which admins will take care of in the future.
