    Dear teams,

During this match We Eat Broccolies used an unverified player without asking CEO OF L9 consent. Therefore a default win will be given to CEO OF L9.

1.1.1. Only registered players are eligible:
All players participating in matches must be registered on ETF2L. Using a player not registered on ETF2L will result in the match being defaulted in the opponent’s favour.

A registered player that is not verified on a team’s roster before an official match’s start time (listed as unverified on the roster, or not on the roster at all), as displayed on the match page, counts as merc. Players are verified after being rostered for 24 hours. Competition-specific merc clauses apply.

In addition to that a minor warning has been issued to We Eat Broccolies for using an unverified player.

Also We Eat Broccolies used an unapproved merc.

1.3. Mercenary (“merc”) clause: no mercs allowed unless approved by the opponent:

“Mercs” or “ringers” are defined as players who are not part of a team’s roster. Players who are listed as “unverified” on a roster also count as mercs if they were listed as such at the time an official was set to start.

Teams may not use a merc at any time during a match unless the player(s) is/are granted permission to play by the team’s opponents. If a team wants to use a merc, they must contact the opponent before the match starts.

In addition to that a second minor warning has been issued to We Eat Broccolies.

That being the third minor warning We Eat Broccolies receives a major warning has been issued.

    Dear Teams,

“CEO OF L9” paused the server without the permission of the other team and receives a minor warning.

3.10. Teams may request a pause if problems occur:

Teams may request a pause at any time during a match. If you need to pause, you must clearly request a pause (for example: “Pause please”). The other team is then required to pause at the first appropriate time (e.g. not in the middle of a push). Teams must pause within 15 seconds of being asked. Not responding to a pause request will lead to penalties like a Minor Warning or, in extreme cases, a Major Warning and forfeit of the map.

You may not resume the game under any circumstances without giving proper warning to the other team.

Each team has the right to one pause per map.

A pause may last no longer than five minutes.

If your opponent allows a pause longer than five minutes, or more than one pause, you are expected to extend the same courtesy to them.

Additionally “CEO OF L9” receives a major warning for flaming.

2.2.3. Abusive messages, nicknames and avatars are not welcome:

Try not to use the chat function during a match unless if it is in a positive manner. Any offensive chat as well as spamming binds may lead to a warning for your team. Chat abuse and racist or offensive names / steam avatars / … will not be tolerated and may be punished with warnings or bans.
