   Thursday (and Wednesday) isn’t suitable for one of our team members. Would it be possible to set a different day? We should be available on any other day in the evening, though I’ll have to chase up two of my team members to firmly confirm that.

   I expect you’d also want a slightly later time, since 21:30 CEST is 15:30 Eastern Daylight Time?

   We are on PDT, so between 20:00 and 22:00 CEST is ok with us. Sundays are our preferred day of the week but with school over any day should be fine but Saturday, if Sundays aren’t good for you.
