Firing shotgun causing an explosion to pop up.

So I just noticed this bug in my game, which i have never seen before. Everytime I fire my shotgun it flashes this:

It disappears immediately but still annoys me a lot.
Any help is appreciated.

viewmodel_fov 0.01
or
r_drawviewmodel 0;viewmodel_fov 80
you’re most likely using r_drawviewmodel 1 and viewmodel_fov 0.
change one of them.
