Being a GSP is too much work for too little pay, at least in small scale. And I’d feel obliged to offer something like hiperz’ multi server approach if you pay a monthly subscription.
QFT.
Anyone who can use google can buy a dedicated server then set up a couple of TF2 and Mumble servers with a few hours work. However that’s a only a small fraction of what it takes to run a successful GSP. While there are some valid faults to make on their TF2 server performance, Multiplay have that side of it nailed down so hard it’s untrue.
A silly question: How to get STV connect info for the server? It lets you choose password freely, but atleast I couldnt see the STV connect anywhere. D:

if stv is enabled, then type “status” into console while you’re connected to the server; there will be a stv port somewhere there, then just replace the server port with it and voila

Ok, thanks.
rcon tv_status will tell you the ip:port of the STV.
I’ll add this info to the ‘show reservation’ page.
New feature coming up:
Default config/whitelist for the server. Allowing you to pick the config and whitelist you want active for your reservation.
Will post when it’s done ;)
Update, STV connect info added. http://i.imgur.com/12wF5cF.png

You can now pick a config and whitelist for your reservation. Some configs, like the etf2l_6v6 have a default whitelist, but you can still override that by selecting a different whitelist.
Picking a config/whitelist is optional and you can still exec other configs and whitelists while on the server.

Nice work Arie!
You are amazing Arie
Thinking is hard. So why think when a computer can think for you? Why should you have to find a server that’s free on your desired date and time?
So from now on, you can simply enter your desired start/end time and the reservation system will pick an available FB server for your reservation.

You can still pick a server manually, so if you desperately want to play on FB server #2, which is the bestestestest of the identical servers, you can do that too :)
Also new….better date/time picker: http://i.imgur.com/rZu8tCW.png

Reservations where the server is empty for 30 minutes in a row will now get ended automatically. (Suggestion by Kaneco)

New feature: uploading logs to logs.tf (suggestion by kkaltuu)
New button in the list of your reservations: http://i.imgur.com/nmljqI1.png
Which takes you to a screen with the logs available for upload: http://i.imgur.com/UeDp0iH.png
You can check the log file before you upload: http://i.imgur.com/jvMmiOd.png
When you’ve found the log file to upload, enter the details about it (or just leave everything empty): http://i.imgur.com/YLykYqQ.png
After uploading you can see the status and click the log file name to take you to logs.tf: http://i.imgur.com/meLxN3h.png
And there it is on logs.tf: http://i.imgur.com/aZezNe4.png
This feature is available on all new reservations.
