Scout 1v1 DM rules
All general ETF2L rules apply for this competition. In case of a conflict between a rule in this document and a general rule, the one in this document is to be followed.
1. Scout 1v1 Cup
1.1 Teams with 2 default losses will be expelled from the cup

2.1.1 Gamemode: 1on1, classlimit 1 on scout
2.1.2 During group stage a match is won when a team wins 1 round.
2.1.3 During single elimination stage a match is won when a team wins 2 rounds (best of 3).
2.1.4 Rosters must have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 1 player
2.1.5 Minimum of 1 rostered player needed to play a match

1.1 Teams with 2 default losses will be expelled from the cup
If a team receives a second default loss, it will be expelled from the cup.
1.2 Dropped teams’ results will be removed
Results of a dropped team will be ignored on the tables if they have not finished the cup.
1.3 Late matches are not allowed
Every match has to be played and submitted within its deadline. If the results are not submitted by the end of the play round, a warning will be applied. This warning will not be removed, even if the match has been played. If the match is in a knockout phase, both teams will receive 0 points. During the knockout phase the coin flip method is used to determine who goes on in the tournament.

Anyone caught intentionally abusing unintended functionality of the map (e.g. loading item presets) will be removed from the cup.
2. Scout Cup Rules
2.1.1 Gamemode: 1on1, classlimit 1 on scout
The Scout Cup is played 1on1 with a general class limit of 1 on scout. Class limits are forced by the config.
2.1.2 A match is won when a team wins 1 round
The match will start when both teams have readied up. The scout Cup config will set the mp_winlimit to 1 round, effectively setting the win condition to winning 1 round.
2.1.3 During single elimination stage a match is won when a team wins 2 rounds (best of 3).

2.1.4 Rosters must have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 1 player
The roster must consist of a minimum of 1 player to be eligible to sign up to competitions. Teams must also adhere to a maximum of 1 player or will risk losing their right to a participation item.
2.1.5 Minimum of 1 rostered player needed to play a match
If you are not able to field 1 rostered player, a default win will be given to the opposing team.
