Hey there!
We at Upgrade are on the search for one MAIN scout. We are currently playing at a high div 5 level winning most of our searches at this level.
As such we are now starting to begin our search. The candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
– Must be Western European (because we don't want ping issues)
– Must be 16 yrs old or over
– Must be able to play mon, tues, weds and thurs as a minimum (odd one off is ok ofc)
– Must be a non-rager
– Must have a ***VERY GOOD LEVEL OF ENGLISH***
From us you can expect:
– A loving home in TC with idlers in mumble you can have a chat to throughout the day!
– A chance to play with a team which is looking at soaring up the divs
– Lots of opportunities to play with other teams in the TC organisation
– Non-ragers
– Servers & all that sorta stuff

Still searching. Trials are a lil slow because of course we pick times when a scout isn’t here to trial you.

I’d be willing to give it a go but you guys seen to have a short term memory (I talk to people, they randomly stop answering, don’t get back to me etc.)
When you try to recruit new people there are always lots of potential candidates. Especially so when it’s for a scout position. As a result it may take a while before it’s your turn. Welcome to etf2l :)
