Scout  Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hi, I am relatively new to the TF2 scene. Have been to two lans now playing tf2 and have played some of season 9 in a team. Im 21 Lannable and from the UK. Im keen to find a decent team that are looking for a second scout and are aiming high.

What i offer:
Aim!
Willing to practice to get better
Vast FPS background
Nice guy

What i want:
A team with a lead scout
Pref an established team
Looking to go into div 4/3 season 10

My aim is good enough i feel to play in div4/3 but my game sense is lacking.. I feel after a few team games and some sound advice i can easily play div4/3 level but i want to push the higher leagues as i improve!
