    He’s not ready for Div4 yet, but he has many qualities that are quite scarce nowadays. He’s dedicated, willing, and most of all intelligent. All he needs is a little guidance and he’ll bloom.

    any div5 team could do worse. From my time with playing with cribby he was a good scout partner and a good team player. Maybe if he had a good partner he could do div4, but if a div5 team is looking to go up up and up, cribby is a good choice
