– Stable team, which won't fold after first season
– Fluent english comms
– Serious in games
– Can keep friendly atmosphere
– No rage

– Fluent english
– Listens to criticism (if it's constructive of course)
– At summer can play almost every day from around 20:00 CEST
– Decent aim
