I'm looking for a team that would be ok with taking on a med without league experience, preferably a team that won't need me to start main calling straight away or who won't mind me initially sucking at it.

I'm generally a solid med, I've got decent game sense and comms and I'm pretty good at keeping people alive in tricky situations (myself included.) To progress further I need a regular bunch of guys to play with. Lobbys don't cut it for developing teamwork and at the moment I don't get to mix/ merc enough.

I'm lumbered with a crappy shift pattern at work that means It'll be difficult for me to play starting medic for a team but I'm happy to backup or merc for pretty much anyone. I'm mostly looking for the chance to practice regularly with a team more than anything else.
