Lookin for a clan. again. seems I have bad luck with them..

can't shut up
pretty decent english
no trollin
active everyday except friday/saturday, not every one of them though , till 22 30 cet.
so , my team history is pretty epic, I seem as a clan hopper,meh, well I'm pretty dedicated.
so this is why I left the teams on my history:
QuickTime – Ah , yes. In 6 days we didn't play a match , then leader messaged me that the clan folded..
TeamAsylum- <3 these. We folded because of inactivity of some members, I had a chance to revive it , but the creator of the clan folded it, well he didn't , but the clan is inactive.
Sense2 – left, because I wanted to make a national clan , well that was a very very very stupid move to do..
Fire Breathing Rubber Duckies – My project, collapsed because we couldn't find a LITHUANIAN medic, a FAILURE.
aaaaaaaaa – my another project, collapsed. The day I understood that I am a horrible clan leader..
Highfive – well , 3 of the 6 people went online every 3-5 days that makes them inactive, other 2 left, so I decided to leave and look for a active clan.
iScream – well I didn't say yes, but they added me.. Oh well :D
now what I want from you:
atleast a mumble channel
prefferably a war server
no rage or trolling.
ACTIVITY.
Friendly atmosphere.
also , not lookin to play as a backup. And I preffer playin demo , cause my scout aim is not always good.
