Mercs 4 Hire

Since i like competitive Team Fortress 2 a lot, i would like to play it competitively so i would like to form a stable team, start from scrach, go from there. I am part of a multy gaming organization named Mercs 4 Hire and our clan leader helped me with a server and teamspeak 3 (curently better then mumble) subchanell.
So what we can offer:
-Stable team (if we create one)
-Mature players but in the same time know to have fun
-a war server
-teamspeak 3 server
-pretty much help from the entire organization if we need it
-friendship :))
What we would like from the players:
-any skill as long as you want to progress with the team
-to be active especially when we announce a match
-sense of humor
-to know when to be serious
-not to much rage
-can get constructive criticism well
-friendly

for the moment we are 2. me and a demo (a friend wants to join but he is from mexic so i don’t know what good of a ping he will have).
still searching.
our demo has to leave because rl is always a priority, so we still need a demo.
we got a scout so we are curently 2 scounts. if anyone wants to be backup you are welcome ^^.
again. i do not care what skill level you are if you want to have a stable team and progress. i will help you guys level your game up but you have to be serious.

so we are curently 4 (or 5. don’t know if firegun wants to join) so we still need a medic and a demo (the demo part is if firegun does not want to join but if you want to join you can trial tonight in like 30 mins or a little more ).
