Hi,
I know my clan history seems to be bad, but i'm just unlucky with clans :)

Info about me:
Mature(16 years old).
From lithuania, but i can easily speak english.
Can play either soldier, either demoman.
Could handle div 2 with a soldier.
Top div 3/ div 2 with a demoman.
Up for a laugh.
Willing to improve

What i'm expecting from you:
Mature.

    I’ll comment on this player’s recruitment for anyone who would value my opinion.

    This guy was a very cheerful and nice guy a while back, he helped-out our team a lot with some verious stuff and I enjoyed playing with him.

    Then, something happened to him. He became the biggest ass-kisser I have ever seen in all of my time spent on the internet. If you’re a higher division player you were probably blessed with his art already.

    Additionally , he lied to us lithuanian players a lot as well about being busy and then typing “merc available” on the mixmerc channel at the same time (that happened multiple times).

    On the other hand , his aim and strats are alright, and if you’re a team that values the skill of your players instead of the players themselves you might want to take him.

    P.S.
    As you can see, he has only div3 etf2l experience, so might wanna check if he can play at div 2 level.

    P.P.S. I am honestly sorry I had to type this in huhy, but this is my opinion at the moment. Good luck.

    Nekomentuosiu tavo recruitment topicu daugiau, speju ju bus dar nemazai.As vienas is mano komandos taip manau, todel su neila ir kitais gali ir toliau laisvai bendraut.

    Kituose didžiuosiuose miestuose būsto pirkimas išliko pasyvus. Remiantis preliminariais Registrų centro duomenimis, per pirmąjį ketvirtį Kaune sudaryta daugiau kaip 440 sandorių, iš kurių vos keletas procentų teko naujos statybos būstui. Klaipėdoje parduoti 389 butai, iš kurių 9 procentai – naujos statybos.

    Pasak UAB „Eika“ rinkos analitiko Tomo Žiaugros, nekilnojamojo turto vystytojai Vilniuje šiuo metu siūlo apie 1700 naujos statybos butų. Dar apie 200 butų rinką turėtų papildyti iki vasaros pabaigos. Nuo metų pradžios naujų butų pasiūla baigtuose ir baigiamuose statyti projektuose sumažėjo apie 16 proc., o palyginti su praėjusių metų tuo pačiu laikotarpiu pasiūla sumažėjo 23 proc. Naujo, patrauklaus būsto pasiūla ir toliau mažėja, o susidomėjimas tokiais butais pirmąjį šių metų ketvirtį išaugo.

    „Sėkmingiausiai butus pardavinėjo didžiausi, ilgesnę patirtį turintys nekilnojamojo turto vystytojai. Žinomas kompanijos vardas ir patirtis kelia pirkėjams didesnį pasitikėjimą. Pavyzdžiui, penkios didžiausius pardavimus fiksavusios NT vystymo bendrovės užėmė apie 60 proc. naujų butų pardavimų rinkos“, – skaičiuoja rinkos analitikas.
