We're a year old team now with a strong core of players, one of our scouts left us at the beginning of the season and even though we have three scout players in our roster, only one of them is able to be fully active and even he has to leave early on occasion.

What we want to see from you:

Good communication with your scout partner and the rest of the team, in good English.

Ability to integrate into an already established team and adapt to our play style.

Friendliness, we're not interested in moody players who don't want to talk to us outside of mumble. We already have OpT1mUs for that.

Willingness to improve.

What we have to offer:

A team with a strong core of players looking to improve.

A good community outside of TF2.

Servers etc.

The most important thing is to be able to fit in with the team. We're lacking a scout who gels with the other scouts and so we've had a weak scout pair for a little while. I'm not interested in very young people or otherwise people with really annoying voices because you'll piss off at least OpT1mUs and Shem, meaning you won't gel with the team.

Essentially, we want a mature div 4 capable scout, but since we're only div 5 we'll accept any trials. Just don't be offended if we don't accept you on grounds outside of your scouting ability.
