Mid/Low Skill, Highlander

I took a break from tf2 for a few years but have recently gotten back into it and am itching to jump back into competitive. I have played several seasons of highlander before. The highest level I played at was Silver in UGC, and only open on ETF2L. I have 3300 hours in tf2 and 450 hours on engineer.
I'm specifically looking for a team that aims to improve and practice together at least somewhat regularly. I'd like to play with a group of people who enjoy playing the game seriously but also remembers to have fun when they play too :)
