what we are going to do chat?
Murzynek is a traditional Polish chocolate cake, moist and rich in flavor. Here’s a simple recipe for you to try:
### **Ingredients**:
– 200 g (1 cup) sugar
– 200 g (1 cup) butter
– 3 tbsp cocoa powder
– 100 ml (⅖ cup) milk
– 3 eggs
– 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
### **For the chocolate glaze**:
– 50 g (¼ cup) butter
– 3 tbsp cocoa powder
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 3 tbsp milk
### **Instructions**:
1. **Prepare the chocolate mixture**:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and milk, stirring constantly. Heat until smooth, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Reserve about 5 tablespoons of this mixture for the glaze.
2. **Prepare the cake batter**:
Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, beat in the eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then gradually add it to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
