Hey there!
Well mate, not trying to be rude or anything but with 350h you wont get anywhere. Plus the Division you choose its one of the top divisions and its not easy and requires experience with 6´s. People even on the lowest divisions have thousands and thousands of hours and some still struggle to play in that division. As of now, I recommend you to get more familiar with the game, practise DM, play some lobbies on tf2center and then you should come play with a team on open.
