He has the decent dm what is needed for the Demoman class to play in a high level. According to his toxicity and behaviour I’m sure that people can discuss his problems or anything in order to maintain his calmness, etc. However, if it is not seem possible to “handle” him, I would still say that it is, just with more caring towards him. I’m not trying to defend him just because I know him but because of I know him I know the facts that he’s indeed trying to change his negative behaviour towards people and he’s capable of changing for a good cause. The only good reason to test him is to trial him even if it is not that worthy just to be sure about him whether the “rumors” of him are true or not.

I’ve personally only seen him being toxic and childish. Overextends constantly and seems quite oblivious when playing vs him. Pick him up if you want a downgrade to literally everyone! :^0
