Prioritizing sub spots(or a main on a no scrim team I guess).
Bunch of experience between etf2l, ugc & rgl.

Multi > solly > scout / spy.
I might be willing to play other classes if I know enough people from your team.
But don't ask me to sub behind someone who is always there, I'd like to be somewhat useful if I join a team.

relaxed mature team > shouting, toxicity and meme spam, even if the former happens to be worse at the game in comparison.
I'm 23 with barely any sense of humor and avoid extra small talk x_x
I've been told my comms are decent and I'm somewhat easy to coordinate with(I felt like I should mention something positive).
