Decent calls. (Weak maincalls).
Good attitude towards the game. Decent aim. Good gamesense.

Pocket, Scout or Medic. Can try roamer.

Can play 3-5 times each week, however 5 times every week is undoable.
Can help with team management.

Will agree to playing sub, or playing for a GOOD mid team.
