Not to be rude or anything, but why would you try to join a high team (of which the last few iterations played prem), when you have no prior experience, and most of the other comments on the recruitment post you’re also commenting on are about people being rejected for not having prior experience?
I can see how ETF2L’s recruitment section can be confusing when first using it – at least that was my experience starting out – so I can see how you might miss the skill/experience requirements. Therefore, I can see how there can be one or two inexperienced players trying at first. But surely the responses to those players (“u have no experience so better start from open”) are a bit of a giveaway for the next ones?
Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that you’re trying to find a team to play competitive tf2 with, and good that you take the initiative to approach teams about it. But if you go about it like this – applying for teams requiring a lot of experience rather than open teams which might actually pick you up – you’re just going to get rejected a lot of times, which can’t be nice. And you’re not at all the only player to run into these issues.
I’m genuinely curious as to what causes new players to not notice these things, and what could be done to make it impossible to miss (though admittedly that latter part is not up to me).

That’s a good point actually, I hadn’t considered that. I suppose copy-paste on all recruitment posts for a certain class could be an explanation like you said.

comments are not bad (free bumps) worse is if someone add on steam abd start talk about it – its waisting time, cause what is point join team who aim for top high if u dont have any experience. U think u can handle that lvl? I know people can be good have a talents but experience give something else what u cant have with your talent
