Hello fellows
I am zorre i used to play Quake Live and id like to join a team
i got somewhat great knowledge about the game aswell as
pretty good dm, and i want to improve.
I play alot of Pickups.
Ive played 100+ pickups in about 1-2 months.
I can speak fluent English and Swedish.

sick player , high dm and friendly guy , pick him up!
played few pickups with him, keen guy but definitely not high. needs to improve his positioning but would do good in a middish team I guess

I don’t understand your logic. Pretty much everyone said you are mid. And then you delete your recruitmentpost and switch it to high only?

should just play mid, you’ll level out around the top mid where teams are semi decent and your dm wont carry you further
He is playing pretty much only for a higher k/d ratio and soaking up way to much heals. Needs to work on his gamesens + comms are really trash and sometimes annoying. dm is alright for mid, defo not high.
He is top mid; really depends on his day, some days he can do good some days he can do meh;
His dim is mid/high
Gamesense good enough for mid I guess

The main problem is that he is kinda unreliable ;-;

I don’t get it. Your playstyle and comms where the same whenever we played. What are you trying to say?

Needs to get a bunch of actual experience first. Would probably do well in open without getting punished for any mistakes, simply by virtue of DM, so would learn more from playing mid.
The main thing is to become more open-minded rather than assuming you already have everything it takes to play at division X without prior experience (which is an assumption you’re making by definition, by saying you can play high without having played mid, or even a full HL season at all, beforehand). Play with a mid team for a season, preferably one where you learn a bit about good comms, actual teamwork, and not baiting the rest of the team for good logs.
Sorry if it sounds harsh, I don’t mean to be, but I truly think you would be better off setting a humbler goal and having a humbler attitude, that way you could improve a lot more in areas you don’t even seem to be aware of currently.
