Looking for a Pyro and possibly a Spy for UGC19 (Silver) and beyond.

In particular, we are looking for:
-Solid experience in a team in lower divs
-Fluent in English
-Turn up to scrims on time without needing to be poked repeatedly
-Keen to tryhard with demo reviews (yes really)
-Vocal communication within games
-Ideally aged 18+ since we are mostly old farts
-Minimum amounts of memes.

We can provide:
-Incredibly stable team that's been around for over 3 years(!)
-Reasonably frequent scrims (about 2/3 a week)
-Our own server
-Often pub or play other games (Smite, Left 4 Dead, CS:GO) together
-A sense of humour

We are currently using Discord for voice comms, so some familiarity (or at least not a fear of change) would be a plus.
