Why do the bad TC teams hate Bureau so much?

The Agency is reforming for next UGC/ETF2L Season.
Team seems to be torn between UGC Gold and UGC Plat because Plat has such a huge skill range, looking to be a solid team in High when The Bureau try to get in to Prem.
The Agency is a Sister team of the Bureau, it folded because I (Scrambled) used to lead it and I am now maining for The Bureau instead and I can't be bothered leading a team alone, however some old members of The Agency have expressed interest in putting it back together.
Looking specifically for players that are strong individually and are keen to improve.

for The Bureau go from hl open to not last in d5 they had to change ther roster
for The Bureau go from not last in d5 to 12th in high they had to change 8/9 of the roster
for The Bureau go from 12 in high to be top high they had to change 7/9 of the roster
for The Bureau go from top high to be decent in prem who they gonna move to sub?
I guess you know by now.

very few were kicked, most people left because the bureau scrims a few times a night, most nights and it isn’t convenient for people.
Scout: Funs/PeterSmileyFace – Pete didn’t want to play every night, funs wanted 6s
Soldier: Miknando moved to spy
Pyro: Yahoo/Samurai – Yahoo is still main, Samurai is playing Solly in Mid now
Demoman: Apex/Niak – Apex doesn’t play any more, niak can play on a month on, month off basis
Heavy: Leif/Raipe – Chronos didn’t like Raipe’s attitude towards showing up to scrims and his prioritising of pizza police games over bureau games.
Engineer: Doom left us for Feila
Medic: Chronos is still main
Sniper: Ethan!/WARHURYEAH – Ethan!’s reliability went to shit, WARHURYEAH prefers 6s to HL
Spy: SoaD can only play weekends
Been something similar each season, just something that happens when some people are keener than others, right now everyone seems just as keen as everyone else, hopefully we break the trend.
I also asked for the sub spot on this team, I wouldn’t mind being put back on sub spot if I got regular games and the other heavy is better, it gives me someone to compete with.

i just like troll / harass / make fun of scrambled, yea its happening on The Bureau related stuff but it dosent mean i have somthing against The Bureau

@Falcon, no one is on agency roster atm as people are playing for other teams this season. Team will be set up for subsequent UGC and ETF2L seasons :)

Things I am confused about:
– AMS <-> BMS
– Redwood investing a surprising amount of time and effort to shittalk scrambled
– Atzebumm on this recpost (thefuck do you have to do with this?)
– kuli has comm-problems? Did not notice that in 2 years of playing combo with him
– Why scrambled actually took the bait (cmon mate pls…)
– For the first time I agreed on anything with RTC
Things I am thankful for:

ALL in ALL a 11/10 shitting experience, would read this on the toilet again.
Agency will hopefully be another team set up like TC have numerous teams etc. They will play High next season and either top gold or plat.

no one has been added to the agency roster yet as it will be formed after this season, the players are rostered on other teams for this season so no one can make the rec post
