Hello!

This is for High Tier in Season 23.
I am personally hoping we can get things rolling and end up in the Season 23 High playoffs, though it might not be possible.

I am once again gonna give my hardest go at building a team!
I am most likely gonna start trialing people on sunday the 19th of october!
The plan is to get a roster before the season ends and scrim in the offseason.
I'm gonna play soldier.

What I expect from you:
– Positive attitude towards the game and in mumble
– Can take & give constructive criticism without getting mad
– Can play at 8-12 maps/week on sunday-thursday (aka 3-5 scrims/week)
– Decent mechanics, gamesense and communication for this level.
– Be mature (although there won't be an age limit)
– Don't use a potato as your computer
– Somewhat keen to play and improve (Don't wanna drag people to scrims)
– Do NOT be a victim of the Dunning-Kreuger effect. In other words, do not overrate yourself. If you finished last in Mid in a tryhard team you probably will not be able to get to playoffs in High.
– You want to stay for a long time (more than one season)

Good to have but not required:
– You can maincall
– You can help arrange scrims, officials and other trials
– You want to do stuff after games or on weekends (Other games etc)
– You can hold your memes until after the game ends, although not required
