    I remember playing with him. Pretty solid sniper, and has probably improved since, so I’d say Mid Tier for sure.

    Tried practicing sniper with him, but then I felt a powerful force to the side of my head, and my vision started going weird. Not sure, but I think a bullet pierced my head.
