Hmmm hello….
I am looking for a team for the upcoming etf2l season festivities as the new format seems quite fun plus i am getting a bit sick of lobbies :s
I am not sure what div or level i am anymore but i am willing to try out for any team and div so long as they try hard's and want to improve as a team but ideally want to play as HIGH as possible……… I think it will make me try harder and play better.
I am quite a aggressive heavy i like to take risks i don't like just standing around waiting for things to happen so a combo that's willing to work with me would be good :s
I am also willing to sub or main for the rest of the ugc season, i can also play solly, scout, engie again not fussy about the level :s I just want to play.

I am willing to trail for any prem teams but i figured there wouldn’t be many that’s looking.
Also i don’t feel like i am prem anymore. I have not really played at that sort of level for awhile and not since the heavy changes and i know i am gonna have to adapt the way i play a bit.
Also might sound gay or lame but i think being a prem player if its either hl or 6’s is something that should be earned and i have been playing like a ass for awhile.
Last but not least i only really play my best when i build a understanding with the people i am playing with and that can take awhile.
But all that being said i miss the buzz you get from playing in big games :P

Panda is a great heavy, he has great tracking and has been in the game for ages. He is a strong and skilled player, for sure.
However, any team picking him up should be aware that in the past, he has been highly unreliable and has a fluctuating personality. I have known him since October 2012, when he added me after playing a lobby with me. Although there have been times where he has done a complete friendslist purge and removed me. I’ve played with him in Wireplay HL season 10 (in which he was unreliable) & 11 (where he was main and sub heavy, respectively) as well as in division 1, I’ll list examples below:
– Let’s Go Bananas! – This was my team that won div 1 back in season 6. Mid-season, he met a TF2Centre female medic main (who I shan’t name, because apart from leading him on, it wasn’t her fault he went a bit obsessive), after adding her and playing countless lobbies, he was enamoured with her. Of course, after finding out that she had an in-real-life boyfriend, he was upset, yet continued to play lobbies on-and-off with her, citing love. As he continued to on-and-off court her, he would be emotionally distraught and would sometimes not appear online for days, or only appear online to play with her, spam you with steam messages about his newfound love/heartbreak whilst ignoring your messages about “why haven’t you come to scrim yesterday”/”hey, we have our official next monday, can you make it”/”look, if you can or can’t play, just tell us so we can get a new heavy” simultaneously. Oh, and he left the roster twice and deleted his entire friendlist (bar the girl of course) several times in his moments of emotional turmoil.
– Kill Switch – div 1-Prem HL season 4-5 – I was informed that after a lot of unreliability, they replaced him with jamal. He asked to play again, but they were tired of his unreliability, so they moved him to sub.
– Highpander – Back in the summer of 2013, when Hildreth was first creating Highpander, (this was just before i49), Sad Panda was to trial for them as Heavy. Hildreth then got busy with irl/LAN stuff and could not do Highpander scrims as often (which to usual people, would be fine, since the HL season doesn;t usually start until October and people are usually more busy during summer anyway). Sad Panda got upset, did not say anything to Hildreth and removed him from his friendslist (as I was told in-person at i49). At this clear indication of unreliability, Hildreth wisely (which I cannot say for myself) chose another heavy for them.
– Wolves of Anatolia – UGC Plat season 8 – this was back when UGC was actually good and people scrimmed in Plat, after his girlfriend of roughly 1 year broke up with him after he hacked into her facebook account and started dating a notable member of the TF2 community (again – I won’t name them), he was unstable and unreliable.
I know this post makes me look un-empathetic, but if you have irl issues, you either take a break from the game, so you can focus on the issues, or you commit to your team until at least the end of the season, or you find a sub for yourself, of roughly equal skill. Sad Panda does none of these, finding a heavy main is incredibly hard, especially mid season. Panda will tell you he wants to play, then he will turn up for half the scrims, if you are lucky. If you plan on taking him, I’d advise having a sub who can play heavy (Bananas had to move our scout to heavy and use our sub scout as main for an official – http://logs.tf/259428?highlight=76561198051369028 – and it just gets stressful as a team leader to deal with).
You could’ve always just said he’s been unreliable in the past due to personal issues, and it probably would’ve achieved the same thing.
I never thought I’d ever be sticking up for this guy as we’ve never gotten on in the past, but that’s way over the top tbh Mia.
yeah… panda is undoubtedly a good heavy but based on my experience I have to agree with Mia. He was on trial for my old team Street Bench for a while but randomly “lost interest in tf2” and left.
Still dude, if you’re committed to this and want to give it another shot, I wish you the best of luck. No hard feelings, my team is dead anyway.

SuddenlyStarMia is a great medic, she has great healing and has been in the game for ages. She is a strong and skilled player, for sure.

Wow long post mia i will like to defend my self without getting too personal.
@ lets go bananananas- i told you several times i needed a break and i shouldn’t be playing….. i told you my uncle had cancer and that he was in a bad way but every time i tried to leave you pretty much begged me to stay… all your really seeemed to care about was getting to play. Dispite all that i only missed one official. One that i knew you could with easily win without me and i was in your other teams in the past i don’t remember missing any games if any…..
And in the end it was my loss cause i ended up not getting my shiny div 1 medal which sucked cause its one of the few things i managed to win in tf2
@ Wolves of Anatolia. I joined a bit after i broke up with my ex And i loved that team and i know i missed a few skrims and stuff but when hagi decided he didn’t want to play anymore i even tried to keep the team going but the magic had gone and the new players i brought in wasn’t really gelling.
The thing with my ex was bad and i regret it deeply and i didn’t deal with it well at all. But she added me out of the blue ages ago and we cleared the air we both said sorry and both said we delt with things badly. We not on each others christmas card list but as far as i know there is no ill feelings there anymore.
@ Kill switch. When i was in them i bearly missed any skrims or matches even though we was playing 4-5 times a week. I left kill switch the first time because the roster was becoming very unstable and i was getting really streesed and ragey. We seemed to have a different line up every game and i just wasn’t having fun anymore.
I rejoined cause i missed them dudes and i was sharing duties with jamal but tbh i left again because i felt like he was playing way better then me and i was playing pretty bad by my standards and i was getting streesed and ragey again and taking out on other people emlio and pancake mostly.
But hey they did pretty fucking good without me and at the end of the day it was my loss not theirs.
Last but not least highpanders. For the record i love hildreth he helped me out loads and hes a guy i really respect and i guy i have learned a lot from. He took my team of noobs from losing pretty much every game to winning and pretty much steam rolling everyone. To this day i don’t really know why i just quit out the blue without really saying anything but again it was my loss loss not theirs :P
And mia all this stuff happened before i joined bananas yet you still had me in your team…….. i wonder why…..
There have been 2 or 3 teams i have joined then decided to leave shortly after mainly cause i didn’t feel like a fitted in with the team or their play style but i am going to learn from my mistakes and just not join the first team that comes along and offers me a spot :P

Dont worry about it 4HP you didn’t really say anything bad. Its a bit weird things got a bit personal but hopefully that’s out the way now. And i will be the first to admit i have been a bit unreliable at times in the past but its in the past and i guess its up to me to prove mia wrong :)
One thing i should have added my connection is going to be a bit unstable as i am upgrading to fiber optic hype hype hype hopefully it won’t effect my connection too much.
I’ve played with Panda more recently than probably most people commenting here over the last ETF2L and UGC seasons and can’t really agree with any of the criticisms in regards to reliability. He might not have showed up for EVERY scrim over the months we played but I never found his absence particularly notable.
I know he’s had some issues with motivation and enthusiasm with the game in the past (who doesnt at some point anyway) but if he’s committed he’d make a great heavy in High or maybe possibly Prem; makes the plays when he needs to, great tracking, great game sense and excellent sandvich tossing.
Nice to see ETF2L comments living up to expectation though, keep it classy fellas

Aggressive and has the tracking to pull it off. Hated trying to deny an uber on him more than any other heavy.
Despite some criticism in this post sad panda has always been a pleasure to play with and it shows, his skill speaks for itself and is most definitely suitable for even Prem. Best of luck panda.

Wow, that is a lot of gossip from one person.
Guy is a good heavy. Almost always correct order of focus and very effective to uber/kritz. Excellent tracking skills and has played TF2 for years – lots of experience. Since when did recruitment posts become about personal shit? Just make sure he isn’t in a team with anyone with a vagina, I guess. But then that applies to a lot of hormone-fuelled guys out there.
Personally when I am looking for a player I want to know about all the inner workings of his relationships and family.
Well i just joined a ugc team with 2 vaginas on it but i am only a sub so hopefully the vagina won’t have a huge effect or influence over me :s
And for the record when i am not gaming and chasing tail over the internet i enjoy rock and metal music with a bit of rap thrown in, walks along the beach, cooking, cuddles, movies. I also like watching f1, cricket and football.
My favorite t.v shows include breaking bad, peep show, walking dead, the office, top gear, red dwarf, master chef and anything with Gorden Ramsay in it and i have just started watching game of thrones.
In the summers i work on a farm and in the winter months i repiar and build p.c’s and teach older folks how to use their p.c and gadgets.

Tbh teapot i thought it was pretty poor i thought we played quite well against italy but after that it was a bit meh. I can’t Believe we lost to Costa rica but….. there was a lot of big teams that didn’t play well i thought it was a very boring world cup.
But think we got some good young players coming through and doing well in them premier league so hopefully we can do a bit better in the euros.
And hopefully the younger players have learned and can step up in the euros.

Ah sorry i should have known :P When you say england and world cup i just assumed the football team for some reason.
Its been pretty poor so far we need to win all our remaining games i think. Just england and one day cricket don’t really seem to go well together for whatever reason and we a bit behind the times like our football team.
Some of the selections and line up changes seem really strange at times.
I don’t think we have the explosive, awesome batsmen to hurt the top sides in the 1 day game. I think Moeen Ali is one of the few batsman we have that is actually suited to the 1 day game.
But i hope they learned from the defeats to new zealand and the Australia hopefully they can get their shit together. But its worrying they was such big defeats.

Sad-Panda is a amazing heavy for any prem team. He has great awareness, positioning, comms.. this dude is the full package!

From playing Team Fortress Defense 2 with him, I found his aggressive play style made him one of the easiest Heavies to stab in the game, so you’d want your Pyro to be on him a lot, don’t get me wrong, he’s definitely capable of high tier, however I would agree having a sub Heavy for him is a good idea.
Panda I kind of stopped watching formula 1 a couple of years ago because I felt it was getting too gimmicky with the DRS among other things, any thoughts on that?
Talented but unreliable, I hope sad panda turned a corner now as he has a track record for letting teams down. He would be up there with the best but he does have reliability issues.
I formed Highpander with the intention of playing with Sad Panda, before the rest of the team joined I was impressed by Sad Panda for Kill Switch and persuaded him to join us. Sadly for us, what Mia said is true in a way, he just removed everyone without saying anything. At the time we were only scrimming once a week or so. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with people who have a track record of doing this, so as good as Sad Panda was at Heavy, I found someone else.
Shame because as people know Highpander once again need a new Heavy, but I am not prepared to take Sad Panda even though he is probably the best available simply because his unreliability. I hope he can find a team and redeem himself but I won’t put him on my team, even though his ability belongs on a team like Highpander.

That’s a fair comment hildreth i let you down and few others in the past. But its in the past and we all make mistakes me more then most i admit :P But i feel like i am in a better place then i was a year or so ago and i am ready to be part of a team again and be committed for a full season or beyond if i didn’t think i was i wouldn’t be looking. But talk is cheap and i know i need to prove myself both in terms of skill and reliability.
4hp i don’t mind the F1 gimmicks so much as tech normally ends up on road cars in the future we all ready seeing F1 style things on super cars. I would like to see the money shared out a bit more so the smaller teams can be more competitive. It does get a bit boring when one team wins all the time and there isn’t any Competition.
MsAnimator i don’t really remember playing against you in officials but generally i like to play extra aggressive in scrims then i adjust my play style based on what i have learned from scrims but if you think i am easy to stab its something i will look to work on.

lets take a look at hsi fprovcile for exampel fig 1 he has 109.7 hours past 2 weeks abut only 2.6k hours on the tf2 game when the norm for playing competitive is 3k+ hours and this man is lookign fiorf hHIHGHER DIVS THAN 5
