Thanks for the nice comments everyone, to clarify the fact that prem is there is that I’d want to give it a try, and I’m hoping to get to a level where I could handle prem in the near future
I haven’t played against a ton of prem snipers, but he’s definetly capable to do as well as the few I’ve seen.

I would say high. Good aim but sometimes a bit of a clueless player.
Also about the entire prem thing: Would you rather be known as a good sniper in high, or a shit/mediocre one in Prem?
