Sniper  Div 2 Skill, Highlander

I'm a decent sniper (I guess?) who recently came 1st on UGC Gold
– I can't countersnipe for shit, need some assistance on this area :(
– 'Am able to net frags decently otherwise and have a goodish aim in general
– Can comm in both english and finnish, it doesn't really matter to me
– Talk a shit ton according to people, some may find this annoying
– Able to play pretty much 24/7, sometimes occupied by 6v6 and vice versa
– Ping +100ms to every European* server around, so if you want to brag about having the sniper with the worst internet, take me! (*Finnish servers excluded)

I can do d2 just fine I think (?), Div 1 would be pushing it and d3 would be fine with a cool team
